Hi, I’m Mixie (she/they)!

TGRRRL is a website dedicate to my work as a transfeminist writer, educator, and drag performer (known online as Mx Underworld).

I have a PhD in Literature from Northeastern University, which I use to write nerdy think pieces about queer culture and social media.

My writing on drag culture and riot grrrl has appeared in HuffPost and Salty.

Despite my best efforts to not be chronically online, you can always find me on Instagram or TikTok.

I also write a newsletter called Mx Underworld’s Famous Last Words, where I scream into the Substack void about trans rights!
